From the last:

An appreciation of the situation that expresses the commander's undertanding of the strategic logic,
the systemic logic of the mission environment, the nature of the opposition, neutrals, and
allies and the practical implications for the campaign.

A restated mission and commander's intent.

A campaign strategy-- the central and unique idea about how to achieve the ends of the campaign.

Commander's design guidance consisting of:

- objectives related to actors and relationships

- potential points of influence

- ways and means of learning

- approaches for organizing

- intended message of words and deeds

Answering this portion only:

An appreciation of the situation that expresses the commander's undertanding of the strategic logic,
the systemic logic of the mission environment, the nature of the opposition, neutrals, and
allies and the practical implications for the campaign.

'Design' deals with a situation, not a problem: it defines the 'problematic situation' and chooses the problem to address, in the context of creating a 'learning organization' that solves problems in an ongoing way

Any design true to 'Orthodoxy, Romanity, Patrarchy' at the strategic levels of religious society, civil society, and domestic society,
must respect tradition as regards design.

Some notes:

Mission environment: the post-1865 Union. We (all humans) are all Confederates now.

Systemic logic:

- oligarchic competition has a game theory logic of its own
- institutions and law/customs in place (constitution)
- de facto governance must be respected (passive obedience and non-resistance) and survival is part of the Salus Populi -- the destruction of civilisation, the economic system, or governance in general (leading to anarchy) is a failure mode, not a solution.

Nature of the opposition:

- see unconstrained analytics (many threads here) for general analysis
- opposition goals and strategies: dialectical engagement and attrition, aiming at genocide and dissolution of the system - therefore non-governmental threat but external (inhuman, demonic)
- details: cultural marxism = nihilism and mass line of effort in a colour revolution - the outlines of the immediate attack are fairly clear
- implied system dynamics creates collateral threats to survival, incident to the main Line of Operations by the Enemy

neutrals and allies are unlikely to factor highly in any positive sense -- there is a great danger of 'opportunism' by either failing to understand the true nature of the problem situation. For example, Russian interference in America could be highly damaging, even if Russia has a Katechon role as the last country standing in Christendom.

The campaign phasing is: secure, survive, prevail, flourish. Compare this to the FEMA framing of prepare, protect, respond, recover, in the National Preparedness goals and design/planning literature for the Union.

Key concept: Racial Sovereignty (emergence of an ethnarch). That is, to elaborate on Filmer, the ethnarch of the human race is the successor to the First Adam. Monarchs are 'fathers of fathers' in that civil society is composed of *families* (domestic economic units, households) -- not directly of individuals.

I would emphsise that human rights at the individual level may be grounded in *Natural Law* (a physical body being a biological entity, governed by natural, physical laws) -- but a *polity* (Republic) is governed by Municipal Law or Civil Law (if it is Rome), and International Law -- jus gentile -- if it is barbarian. By 'Race' I mean the organization of the Human Race into nations, tribes and gens (clans), which are the 'state' or 'government' level of sovereignty. It is not enough for there to be a tyrant -- to be a monarch one must be legitimately, in the send of Filmer, chosen. The words gentile and genetics are not unrelated.
