After watching the video, my conclusion is that Sureknot has won the hunting debate. His face, body language and demeanor were very credible and his analysis of Phora poasters was overall very fair. There are several here who will never allow their faces to be seen for obvious reasons. I've interviewed hundreds of people over the years and I can spot a bullshiter from miles away.
Theres no replacement for experience, which Sureno has plenty of
Coleio is learning a completely new skill late in life, to his credit he has immersed himself in research and done his homework.
Nonetheless, no n00b is gonna suddenly become King at anything within a coupla years unless they do somethin EVERY DAY
I reckon that after about 5000 hours is about what it takes to learn 90% of everything about most skills or trades
Doing your own homework is much slower than having a mentor, but OTOH some mentors can pass along bad habits, so if you choose the homework path I belieb one gets a broader POV
