I am planning to reboot 'Whigger News' as an *ezine*.
This has been tried before but I'm going to keep it dirt simple this time...
ASCII formatting (or markdown if you like to include images and hyperlinks).
I will say more about formatting in later numbers.
NOTE: 13062 is what is called a 'bread'. It is a 10-day or so interval meaning days
in Year 13 that are in June and start with '2'. There is no bread for day 30, so that
will be part of the same 'bread'.

The link to the journal will be at my development site for now, but like
any periodical, it will be arranged in 'Volumes' and 'Numbers'.
This is Vol. 13, because that is the number in my system where the Year 0
was was 2010. Add '10' to the volume number to get the Julian Year in the
Gregorian Calendar. Heh.
The file numbering will be a DTG if you know what that is. If you don't,
no worries. We've got your back.
