Personally, I'd be very motivated to keep the device, hack the government website, and toast the Central Committee with a rogue satellite blast ... but that's just me. You'll only get one shot at it though -- next time they'll learn to cut the phone cables and confiscate all the electronics, in which case you are welded into a death camp.
