You can insert images with
BBCODE tags, or using the 'image' icon in the editor.
If you want full sized images or thumbnails, use the 'attach' files feature and you will be able to 'insert...' either of those options (click on the attached pic).
Once you have attached a picture, you will be able to display it in the SB -- click on the image in the poast, and you will see an option that allows you to get the original link.
There is no way to 'upload' pictures to the SB. You need to create a post with an attachment, or else use an image hoasting service elsewhere to do that.
Links to youtubes or twitter and the like should 'just work' -- or try the 'media' icon in any editor.
