ketosis is really good, at least for men.

One thing to be careful of is you want to cut down on salt too -- monitor your legs for signs of swelling and water retention and/or a frequent need to urinate, and up the potassium and/or water intake.

I'm pretty sure a fair number of overweight american men think they are in ketosis when in fact they are showing early signs of congestive heart disease [ a chronic condition, not an 'event' ], which can be somewhat similar -- learn the symptoms of the latter and watch for them, is my advice.

Feeling energetic rather than fatigued is a good sign, esp. if your tolerance for exercise and 'stress' is going up. Shortness of breath and a dry, persistent cough, would be an example of a bad sign.

Health philosophy of balance:

8 hours sleep
8 hours ketosis
8 hours processing food

one third of your day repairing damage
one third of your day destroying abnormalities
one third of your day rebuilding

Yes I know the bad signs involving swollen feet. My mom had this problem of CHF resulting from COPD.

Once you develop a serious chronic condition it's TOO LATE usually.

I am fortunate that I was able to pull myself out of a two decade-long nose-dive, probably just at the last moment.

When I am fasting I feel incredible...like I will live to 100 years old. Positive attitude like that goes a LONG way to improve one's health, to say nothing of the ketogenic self-repair/house-cleaning mechanism.

There are a number of things one can do to improve longevity, and fasting is at the top of the list. It doesnt involve destructive wear, like jogging or lifting. It doesnt require special equipment or gym memberships. Nobody can sell it to you. There's nothing to market. It's the oldest medicine and totally free of charge.

Proper sleep... regular fasting... healthy diet. The winning trifecta for health of the material body.

Highly toxic.

Liking cats is always a good thing.

You are critical of sugar and carb consumption. Very good.

Bread is extremely bad for you. This I learned the hard way. Now you couldn't pay me any amount of money to eat one slice of bred. I am fortunate that my body is more responsive to the damaging effects of bread, but it has the same effects on everyone. My reactions against it are much worse, and happen much more quickly, than what most people experience. So the accumulated damage and toxicity is less even though the pain was always worse. My body always wants to expel toxic and indigestible garbage as rapidly as possible. No one can 'handle' bread because it is inherently indigestible, toxic, and damaging to the digestive system. If one experiences no perceptible adverse reaction to bread, then one's body is more of a garbage disposal for toxic trash than is the case for people who experience painful and immediate reactions against it. Toxic and indigestible trash isn't good for anyone.

Ketogenic? I would have to support that. I am very glad to hear that you are not tempted by the junk food. If you ever have such temptations it is probably because you are not getting enough nutrition from your diet, which happens when people don't eat digestible food (all vegetables and grains being 100% indigestible), and/or cook most of their food instead of eating it raw, even though all animals eat it raw, and all humans ate it raw before they became domesticated (downbred, enslaved). I am not sure if you eat it raw or cooked, but either way I am glad that your diet is working well for you. It is certainly far superior to the standard American slave diet (i.e. 95% vegetables and grains).

ORGONE RADIATION

No set opinion on that except that I think it is a topic that one should take seriously, and not dismiss as quackery.
consume samwich

That makes me sad.

I agree with this; in fact you don't need any salt. By 'salt' I mean the rock which people sprinkle onto their food for flavour (or add to their food because they think it is good for them). Sodium refers to the chemical element, 'salt' is a coarse rock crystal containing sodium; the former in small amounts is necessary for the body, the latter is extremely damaging to the body and no amount of it is ever good for you.

Sodium should be got from your meat (not as an additive to the meat, which is bad for you for the same reason that all salt is bad for you). Sodium in that form is not damaging to the body. In fact the body uses sodium for electric signaling in nerves, maintaining fluid balances, among other important things. But the body has no use for salt.

You can get all the sodium you need from meat, and you don't have to worry about eating too much of it if you get it from meat because the body recognises it in that form, and so knows what to do with any excess sodium - namely dispose of it.

But the body doesn't recognise salt. So it not only damages every part of the body every time you ingest it; it builds up within the body causing further problems.

Among the damaging effects of salt (in any quantity):

It causes any cells that come into contact with it to explode; an effect found to be particularly damaging to the brain.

People who eat salt actually piss out bits of their brain, if they ate anything salty just before urinating.

So stay away from salt.

Garlic is another highly poisonous substance that people think is very good for you but is actually extremely damaging and should be avoided like the pague.

...to say nothing of the ketogenic self-repair/house-cleaning mechanism.

Two rewards for fasting:

...One way to activate autophagy is through fasting, which puts the body’s cells under stress...

...Reducing the glucose available to cancer cells may hinder cancerous growth...

Don't forget your magnesium dosage
