Now, about Armenia...

Armenia has strong or rich neighbours (Turkey, Iran, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia).

Best is to make peace with Turkey and Azerbaijan, than at least the border would be opened again for trade and economic investments.

Turkey is investing heavily for years now in Georgia, because Turkish businesses are openminded and creative. Why not in Armenia?

They must forget politics and pre-conditions now. It did not helped them for the last 100 years. And it wouldnt help them the next 100 years. They are heavy friends with Iran and Russia, but they got poorer and poorer and lost Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabach.

Armenia need trade, economic development and foreign investments. Peace with Turkey is the key.

Only Turkey can upgrade the Armenian economy, like they did and still doing with Azerbaijan, Somalia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Albania, Bangladesh, North Cyprus, Kosovo, Uzbekistan, Venezuela and Georgia. Even when Turkish inflation is 80% and the Lira is crumbling.

It doesn't look like Azerbaijan is going to get their way this time, as even Turkey seems like they're not going to let their ally/vassal state ruin the thawing of Russian/Turkish relations, which are rapidly approaching an all-time high.

Russia and Turkey have too much at stake at the impending collapse of the European federal state, that it belies reality that President Erdoğan would let something like Armenia (which is increasingly becoming a minor issue to Turkey, not so much to Azerbaijan) destroy warm and cosy relations when there is so much to gain at mutual cooperation:

To reiterate, under Putin and Erdoğan, relations have probably hit the highest they have ever been since the Turkish Revolution of 1908. Many issues that have long proven contentious have proven relatively easy with open dialogue, and the coming Turco-Russian cooperation organisation will certainly put a shudder in the NATOist powers that be; I just don't see the issue of Armenia-Azerbaijan being allowed to get out of control, and thus Turkey will do what they can to corral Aliyev's ambitions.

Armenians better get rid of their miserable wimp president if they get some kind of breather now.

Moving beyond the realm or geopolitical curio and becoming a pest, Aliyev is going to be muzzled, or he is going to be removed. Russia, Turkey, and Iran don't want this, and his ill-formed decision to attack Armenia at such a crucial time is not even welcomed by his closest allies in Istanbul this iteration, with Erdoğan quickly dispatching to Baku to put a leash on his pet and force the Azeris into a unilateral ceasefire:

I have confidence that this issue will quickly resolve itself, as Aliyev doesn't want to find himself at the displeasure of the Sultan sitting by the Strait of Marmara.

Speaking about his interaction with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, Erdogan said Baku has achieved its goal of securing the territory and indicated he didn’t see any reason for the situation on the ground to get any worse.

Turkey is investing heavily for years now in Georgia, because Turkish businesses are openminded and creative. Why not in Armenia?

Geopolitical implications around the Turkish acknowledgement of the Armenian Genocide (which would result in subsequent legal action towards reparations and irredentist ceding of territory) make this practically impossible, and thus Armenia will never formally recognise Turkey and move on from the issue. As a result, the best that one can hope for is that Turkish trade is facillitated through the Eurasian Economic Union, which would allow Turkish trade to reach Armenia via Nursultan, Moscow or Minsk as conduits.
