Capital retribution is efficacious only if executed with exactitude.

Should a man be apprehended for larceny, murder, or the consumption of alcohol, let him be instantaneously dispatched with a gunshot to the cranium by an élite constable.

The incidence of crime would rapidly diminish.

This Élite Police shall constitute a distinct corps, wherein a select few are scrupulously instructed from infancy to function as both adjudicator and executioner.

Who shall join me in this noble cause?

NOTE: If the caliber of this composition, and the others that shall follow, is deemed wanting, please note these compositoins were penned during the formative years of my development. In this case I was 12 years old. Were I to undertake the task of composing them today, the execution would indubitably diverge from their original form. This degree of punishment would prove to be not demonstrative enough, for deterring further crimes of this type. Better would be to research manipulating insect genetics, in order to enlarge already empathyless insect species such as the Praying Mantis of which is known for eating its prey live, often starting with the end opposite to the head. Creating specimens of which are large enough to grasp Homo Sapiens and then feeding it the petty criminals, of which you have previously referred to, in a public square would be the best deterent possible
