The Usefulness of Low IQ People (corporate America can't assimilate them)

A person of average intelligence has a chance at selling themselves out to corporate wage slavery. If they try hard, suck up and get lucky, they may just assimilate into corporate America. However, there comes a point where certain people have no hope due to low intelligence. They couldn't sell themselves out even if they tried.

Lately (actually for quite a while) I've been realizing that the low iq segments of the population may be useful for collapsing corporate America and setting up a welfare state. If segments of the population became too stupid to wave the possibility of economic success in front of, the only option (except for mass murder) is to set up a giant welfare state. And you know what, I think that would be great.

If we're going to have to tolerate people of low intelligence, we should at least put them to use in a mission to destroy corporate America.

I wonder if anyones ever explored the possibility of the personality trait of mass-compliance correlating with being in the middle of the iq distribution

East asians tend to be highly conformist and their IQ tends to exist mainly within the high-middle range

I dont think a welfare state is viable really. Its more of a transitional phase on towards implosion and another transitory state, anarchy. I also believ it is unavoidable at this point. Western civ has tipped beyond the point of no return

Every effort has been made to assimilate Blacks at equal levels into corporate America and it's been a massive failure. However, diversity is still trucking along because of Asians, both Mongoloids and groups that are technically Caucasian but extra-European.

I would much rather a welfare state than anarchy or a collapse. I'd have to get fit again if there was a collapse. What's clear is that the underclass is getting bigger and bigger.

Low IQ and High IQ people both serve good roles in society... Corporate America is a land of midwits though, playing the midwit game means having hyper specific skills and being able to avoid any sorts of political conflict that can derail their way up the ladder. Something that midwits excel at.

Wages are sticky for the lower end and lower IQ, they tend to have a certain malleability and flexibility with their jobs which somehow keeps them continuously employed.

Considering how bad midwits are, there may almost be no functional difference between a bunch of middling lazy managers out in the wild and lazy stupid managers... I think stupid managers and stupid people working in midwit environments create more entertainment. Perhaps making work funny/miserable again is a good idea.

I'm on your side here. They're probably necessary but midwits drive me crazy. In my personal experience, they were always pushing back on immigration restrictions, that is, until the blue states began to complain. Now, they've always been against immigration. they wait around for the working class to offer a position, so they then can reject it, for the purpose of not sounding working class. The elites are like that, too. That's the reason Paris will never do anything about immigration, because that's how the lower classes talk.

If I've learned one thing over time about large corporations, it is that it's to your advantage to appear stupid (but not retarded, just stupid). People who come off as intelligent get discriminated against. People who just keep their mouths shut keep their jobs. If you're smart enough to have standards about your work - it means you're a threat to other employees and they'll play politics against you.
