Most Boomerabilia is pre WWW and has never been converted to digital media. Start with digitising National Geographic and Reader's Digest, with special attention to things like 'I am Joe's Colon'. Most of the relevant non-print media is imprisoned with The Mouse.
Get your hands on paper copies of 'technical memos' (TMs) from the era in which engineers could still write 5 or 10 pages of typescript with formulas and graphs, it will make you weep uncontrollably for what we have lost. We got to the moon using pairs of bamboo sticks.
