This cocky loudmouth is an EU MP for the Estonian far-right EKRE party. But there's more at work here than just meatheaded anti-Russian pro-Ukrainism, for Estonia has received a great amount, tens of thousands of Ukrainian refugees - perhaps more Ukes than any other country on earth has received, relative to its small population. So Estonian nationalists might be eager to get rid of some of them:

In what sense exactly are these kind of guys "neo-Nazis"? Serious question. It would seem that their "Nazism" is an aesthetic pose above all else - wanting to look badass and fearsome. And the simple-minded barbarian joy of fighting for its own sake, like those Germanic mercenaries of classical antiquity who could serve even the Romans in battle against their own German kinsmen. (Or, to take a more recent example, those Waffen-SS members who signed up to the French Foreign Legion after the WW II, fighting in places like Dien Bien Phu.)

Well, the Antifa pigs have now doxxed "Stonetoss." Hopefully he will find enough inner strength not to deny his own work.
But I was glad to find this one old cartoon of his that well illustrated by my own view of those stubborn old WN 1.0 neo-Nazi types who kept clinging to their failed Führer, and were thus hindering pro-White efforts by living in the past:
"88"-types are indeed counterproductive dead weight for the pro-White movement (especially if they are serious and not just playfully ironic), and become all the more so as time passes.
"Stonetoss" liked to play with Nazi imagery to some extent, but he clearly was among those who wanted to move on from the Reich issues, at the end of the day.

Germany describes Denis Kapustin as a top neo-Nazi, and his role in the war is a double-edged sword for Kyiv.

The 40-year-old Kapustin was born in Moscow. He moved with his parents at the age of 17 to Cologne, Germany, where he quickly established a fearsome reputation as a street-brawling white-power skinhead always up for a punch-up with everyone, especially Antifa activists. He tells POLITICO he was unhappy with the move and missed his friends and felt disconnected.
He’s long been prominent on the European football hooliganism and far-right martial arts fight club scene — participating in the riots at the UEFA Euro 2016 football tournament in the French port city of Marseille. After he moved to Kyiv, Germany canceled his residency in 2019 and imposed a Schengen-entry ban on him for “efforts against the liberal democratic constitution.”
He has links with American neo-Nazi groups, and in 2021 co-hosted a podcast with Robert Rundo, founder of the Rise Above Movement, which participated in the Charlottesville white supremacist rally.
Nonetheless, Kapustin bristles at being called a neo-Nazi himself, even though he is hazy about what he is. He relishes sparring with Western journalists, seeing how awkward many of them feel interviewing him, torn between disapproval of his far-right ideology and hooligan history and their sympathy for Ukraine, not wanting to put the country in a bad light for Western liberal audiences.
“Will you try to remain unbiased?” he asks. “It is a very funny position for you and your colleagues because you all have been trying hard to put us in a bad light for years. Neo-Nazis, racist, white supremacists, terrible guys, blah, blah, blah. And then the darkest hour in Ukraine’s modern day history arrives. And all of a sudden the eternal bad guys turn out to be brave, courageous, determined, stubborn and heroes. And they’re like, ‘damn, how should I write about them?’”
Kapustin thoroughly savors his notoriety. “Throughout my life, I always wanted to be the Hollywood-style bad guy. Darth Vader is my ultimate inspiration. At the age of seven, I watched Star Wars, and was like, ‘wow this guy’s so cool,’” he says.

From what I understand, this is what Walt Bismarck is driving at for Alt-Right 2.0 or now the Walt Right. He has abandoned White Nationalism and Identitarianism. He wants to bleed Russia dry by supporting the war in Ukraine in order to import cheap labor for middle class families. As he has said, he wants to appeal to urban coastal elites, and he wants to be called a fag by MAGA chuds in pickup trucks. The goal here is to charm the Morning Joe audience, own the chuds and seize power in 2028 after the post-Trump Right realizes it wants to be ruled by technocratic nerds in the Acela Corridor.
