Why the Chinese Internet Is Cheering Russia’s Invasion (or, third world sympathies for Russia)

China is communist in name only and is essentially a state run capitalist country. Communism is the ultimate expression of monopolistic capitalism which is the endgame for any 'capitalist' country. The Chinese model is the preferred system for the coming world government:
uni-party and totalitarian, in that you don't have a bunch of paytriotards running around thinking they have constitutional rights, a high tech surveillance state in which all citizen activity is monitored and all economic activity is allowed only at the pleasure of the state. Any dissidents are sent to rehabilitation work camps, organ harvesting facilities or given two in the head. You will continue to see China get good press on the world stage and it will never be called a dictatorial regime.

^ I would presume Podolyak is pissed because China and India are basically enabling Russia to beat Western Sanctions, and he allowed his frustration to get the better of him. Obviously, it was a dumb thing to say, but also hypocritical. Everything Ukraine does is in its own perceived national interest. People in China and India understandably also pursue their perceived national interests. You can't expect countries like China and India with their particular lived histories to automatically align themselves with the West in the coming multipolar world. Reality is not going to adjust to anyone's wishes. Everyone must adjust to reality.

I am flattered that the Chinese would regard me as "fully understand[ing] the core of international geopolitics".
Like perhaps others on this forum, my views would be pinpointed in the upper-right quadrant, close to the origin of the graph. I am more anti-anti-Russian than pro-Russian and more anti-anti-Palestinian than pro-Palestinian. In any case, my views are aligned against the MSM/neocon agenda to such a degree that I am effectively in the pro-Pal, pro-Rus quadrant.
